Oct 11, 2018  I tried to do a map update as well but the SD card was not recognised as a map update so still working on that. I feel I should have done the map update first, then the UConnect as once I did the UConnect update, the map database version changed to a universal CMCVP4ROW;V1 (Apparently 17.43.01 has some navigation and mapping changes.).

Sep 04, 2016  I've now concluded that I have the latest map - the last digits are 20150211 - possibly 2 Nov 2015. I'm guessing that the ability to update the map is only there when a new map becomes available - possibly triggered by the Tom Tom live service. Definitely nothing there - I spent about 1/2 hour going through all menu options today. Jan 01, 2017 I spoke to Jeep HQ Customer Service about Uconnect and Maps software updates in the last year as I thought the prices were excessive to say the least. This is what I learned. The dealerships have the Uconnect software and the updates available for all vehicles it was installed in.
